Working principle: integrated with Italian technology, aseptic filling machine is mainly composed of aseptic filling system, electronic scale measuring system, belt roller conveying system, computer PLC control system, operating platform and so on. The bag adopts aluminum-plastic compound sterile bag (5L-220L).

This machine uses steam injection method to sterilize the bag mouth and filling room to ensure that the filling room is always in aseptic state, sterile bag mouth sterilization, opening, filling and sealing are completed in aseptic environment.

This machine is divided into: single head aseptic big bag filling machine, double head aseptic big bag tube, ton aseptic big bag filling machine.
